    Job Description

    To work effectively as part of a team, building, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing company assets and equipment onshore, offshore, and internationally. To use your skills and knowledge to assess and apply effective electrical repairs and upgrades of equipment. Help train colleagues across various disciplines. Undergo relevant training.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • To work within the Engineering Support department based in Abu Dhabi providing daily administrative and operational support by working closely with management and supervisors.


    • Creating Job Cards for maintenance staff and contractors according to complete maintenance or repair schedules.


    • Coordinating with Maintenance staff or third parties to ensure documents are completed promptly and accurately.


    • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Planned Maintenance and repair on operational sites, including scheduling repairs and monitoring progress on current Maintenance


    • Managing and ordering supplies and equipment required to complete schedules.


    • Performing inspections to ensure that all documents meet business procedures and standards.


    • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all equipment operates correctly.


    • Assist and give feedback for crew travel and flight requirements based on rotational plans with Maintenance Supervisor


    • Enforce health and safety procedures.


    Requirements

    Qualification(s) & Training:


    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline


    • Certification in administration related courses


    • Proficient in the use of IT, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Experience(s):


    • Minimum of 5-6 years previous experience in similar or administration role and 1-2 years previous work experience in oil and gas sector


    • Working knowledge in planning /scheduling


    • Previous maintenance, materials, and manpower experience


    • Demonstrate proven experience in Microsoft Office package


    • Previous experience in the offshore projects including knowledge of terminology used

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English


    • Exceptional administrative skills and highly organized


    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask


    • Competent in developing and applying defined systems of work


    • Dedicated to promoting a positive image of the company
