Charterhouse is exclusively working with a leading multinational professional services organisation who is interested in hiring a professional, highly organised individual to support with Administrative and Front Desk tasks.


About the role

This role will be focused on providing administrative support and customer service such as, greeting clients into the business, answering inbound and making outbound calls.

You will be responsible for managing diaries, booking and supervising meeting rooms, scheduling transport for staff and clients, maintaining office supplies and overseeing petty cash and expenses.

You will track and ensure all calendars, procedures and accounts are up to date and efficiently monitored.


In addition, you will also be responsible in maintaining logbooks for invoices, deliveries and monthly reports to the head office - including reference back-ups for audit purposes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can assume responsibilities with mínimal supervision and is dedicated to further develop their professional career.


About you
You must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You must have previous experience as support staff within an international professional services organisation.
