Real Estate Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, and build a network within the real estate market.
  • Present and market properties to prospective buyers, using effective sales techniques.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular followups and excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:


  • A minimum of one year of successful sales experience, with a preference for real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in the UAE.
  • The ability to juggle multiple clients
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a car and a valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic, English (preferred)
