- Conduct technology landscaping, focusing on advancements in Missile Design, Aerodynamics, Guidance Navigation and Control, and AI.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, contributing to the assessment of technical and economic viability of proposed concepts under guidance.
- Actively participate in developing innovative product concepts that align with client requirements and technological advancements.
- Contribute to the creation and review of comprehensive system design documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
- Support the estimation of initial program costs and contribute to the establishment of realistic implementation schedules.
- Present and sell proposed concepts to clients, providing valuable technical support in client presentations.
- Assist in establishing new projects by offering technical input and support, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Support the Head of System Design in strategic decision-making, providing technical insights and assistance.
- Contribute to the assessment of emerging technologies in Missile Design, Aerodynamics, Guidance Navigation and Control, and AI.
- Offer technical advice and insights to the Principal Engineer in decision-making and technology roadmap development.
- Minimum: 7 years of experience in Missile Design or a related technical field with a demonstrated proficiency in programming and analytics. Expertise in Python, C++ and Matlab. Strong understanding of missile systems and their operational principles.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in the defense or aerospace industry. Demonstrated contributions to successful Missile projects or simulations.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Missile Design or Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a seasoned engineer for the role of Senior Engineer - Initial System Design. This key technical contributor within the System Design department will be responsible for providing specialized technical expertise in the Initial System Design function.
