Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling simple to complexcompositing tasks including 2D tracking, Blue/Green screenextractions, Roto, and Cleanup work.
• Goodexperience in Roto and Prep will be an added advantage.
• Experience in compositing photo realisticimages of high-quality and skills to composite 2D/3D elements withthe input.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in VFX production in asimilar position.
• Good working knowledge ofNuke software.
• Developed artistic skills and agood eye, and good knowledge color, light (reflection, refraction,shadows), perspective and composition.
• Excellent organizational and communicationskills.
• Work ethic focused on team effort,ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and solveproblems.
  
  

CompLead:

Responsibilities :

-Theprime responsibility is towards the show (Efficiency, Delivery,Deadlines and Feedback)
-Has to identify training needsand skill level matrix
-Responsible for verifying timecard entries
-Responsible for assigning subtasks inguidance of the Supervisor
-Interact with Production Teamfor schedule Management
-Assist immediate sups withgetting content lined up for Dailies. Responsible of timelycompletion for Dailies.
-Actively engage in doing andcompleting complex shots
-Show leads may take the role ofartist at the successful completion of their shows until they areassigned the next show."

-Workwith the VFX Supervisor, Leads and the Head of Compositing todefine the creative and technical approach for theshow
-Identify areas of R&D required for theshow
-Work with Production to manage the day to dayrunning of the team
-Work with Production to evaluateartist schedules ensuring they are realistic andachievable
-Attend desk rounds with all members of theteam on a regular basis
-Attend dailies sessions with theteam to give feedback/approvals
-Meet with the Leads onthe show on a regular basis to identify inefficiencies or technicalproblems with the toolset and pipeline, and put in place a plan ofaction to resolve such issues
-Help bid on the compositingcomponent of shows
-Set supervision assistance, asnecessary
-Define and split comp work intosequences
-Define the number of compositors needed to workon each project and pick the number of leads toassist
-Develop the look and technical setup for eachsequence, this will involve
-Assign shots to appropriatecompositor according to ability and sequencedelineation
-iIdentify and organize creation of showreelmaterial (breakdowns)
-Participate in Post Mortem toidentify problems that occurred on show and offersolutions
