We are looking for an experienced Tax accountant/Tax analyst for one of our client based in Dubai.


Job Title:
Tax Analyst


Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning and strategy development.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and the calculation of tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on the company's tax obligations.
  • Assist in tax audits and inquiries, responding to queries from tax authorities.
  • Support the development and implementation of tax planning initiatives to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Assist in transfer pricing documentation and analysis.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on taxrelated matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tax compliance and reporting.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of X years of experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations in the UAE.
  • Experience with tax research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month


Salary:
AED12, AED14,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Tax Accountant: 4 years (required)


License/Certification:

  • CMA/CPA/ACCA (required)
