Description

Operates assigned company's heavy vehicle in a safe manner.

Keeps the company's vehicle clean and presentable from inside & outside.
Be aware of effective routes and passages to reach destinations on time.
Be aware and follow the national safety regulations and standards
Respond to duty calls and be willing to work under pressure including occasional added tasks which could involve multiple trips back and forth.
Ferrying staff and VIPs to and from airports.
Driving light vehicles and 3ton vehicles if necessary.
Respond immediately to accident emergencies by notifying the company's officials and authorities.
Maintain up to date records on trip sheets (logbook), vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases etc., and get it approved by the line manager.
Fuel the assigned vehicle (s) and perform minor maintenance tasks as required like maintaining vehicle equipment; replacing oil, filling the gas tank, general motor vehicle maintenance etc. as needed.
Proactively assist with other works namely outdoor production which may involve lifting of tools, supervision of materials, extending physical assistance to production staff.
Loading and unloading vehicle as required.
Closely follow instructions given by logistics coordinator/line manager.
If needed, collecting payments, documenting amount, and submitting receipts.
Attend all office meetings as required.
Ensure good conduct within the team.
Cooperate with different teams within the organization to achieve the target given.
Adherence to company's standard's, policies and rules and regulations.
Work in shifts and group companies as required by the management.
