Job Responsibilities:
Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room accessMonitor security feeds and conduct daily physical hazard inspectionsRespond to accidents and assist guests/employees during emergency situationsDefuse guest disturbances and escort from the property if necessaryConduct investigations, gather evidence, and facilitate interviews with relevant partiesComplete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents
