Desert City Real Estate is looking for a remote real estate coach who had experience in the Real Estate industry in UAE.

As an experienced Real Estate Industry professional, you will be instructing the real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, directors, and property managers with the right program and app in the company.

Previous employment in Sales & Marketing Real Estate is highly preferred as this is a freelance or contractual work.


DUTIES:
Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.

Train the agents on cold-calling and WhatsApp marketing.

Deliver training sessions covering various topics such as real estate laws and regulations, sales techniques, property management, negotiation skills, and customer service.

Experience in training real estate professionals with regards to regulations in the real estate industry, including licensing requirements and ethical standards, to ensure training programs adhere to legal and professional guidelines.

Real estate training including but not limited to RERA training, listing training for different portals, Bitrix24 training as well.

Identifying current and future training needs for the organization.


REQUIREMENTS:
Real Estate Sales and Marketing experience is required.
