Position-Sales Coordinator (Female)Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material in Steel Piping Field.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Creating quotations, purchase orders, etc. using the company's accounting software.
- Providing support to the sales and technical team.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered as plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Degree qualified or certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Experience:
- Sales in Oil and Gas field: 1 year (required)
Language:
- ENGLISH (required)
