- Develop comprehensive business requirements document forthe software engineering team.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirementsand translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze business processes operations and customer needsto identify opportunities for improvement and costsavings.
- Develop and maintainproject plans timelines and budgets. Develop technicalspecifications and design documents to support software developmentprojects.
- Coordinate withstakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the digitaltransformation.
- Monitor and reporton the progress of the digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith the software engineering team.
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure thattechnical solutions meet quality standards and acceptancecriteria.
- Provide support to thedevelopment team during the software development lifecycleincluding providing clarifications troubleshooting issues andreviewing deliverables.
- Developand maintain a knowledge base of the insurance industry and relatedregulations.
- Provide training andsupport to internal teams on the use of the new digitalsystems.
- Work with vendors andpartners to carry out a gap analysis of integration documentsincluding APIs.
- Research andanalyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas forimprovement.
- Ability to identifyareas for improving sales and customer experience.
- Assist with the design development andtesting of new digital systems.
- Perform system and data analysis to ensure that technical solutionsare scalable maintainable and meet performancerequirements.
- Participate inproject planning and estimation activities including providinginput on timelines resource requirements and riskmanagement.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or arelated field.
- Proven experiencein project management and business analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving communication andorganizational skills.
- Strongunderstanding of the insurance industry and relatedregulations.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relatedsoftware.
- Proven work experienceas a Business Analyst.
- Indepthunderstanding of software engineering and enterprise ITsystems.
- Strong knowledge ofrequirements analysis techniques process flow diagrams andentityrelationship diagrams.
- Ableto gather and analyze data and requirements and use businessknowledge to draw conclusions.
- Experience with requirements gathering documenting and analysistools.
