    We are seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Media BV.

    As a Social Media Specialist, your goal is to enhance customer engagement and intimacy, drive website traffic and revenue through strategic social media marketing efforts.

    • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, incorporating competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
    • Develop and publish engaging content daily (text, images, video or HTML) that fosters meaningful connections and encourages community participation.
    • Optimize company pages on each platform to increase visibility of social content.
    • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with community moderation policies.
    • Design and implement editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media specialization.
    • Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable social networking expertise and proficiency in social analytics tools.
    • Familiarity with web design, web development, CRO and SEO principles.
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels and major marketing strategies.
    • Positive attitude, attention to detail, customer orientation, and strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
    • Fluency in English language.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
