    Communication andCoordination
    • To facilitate smooth interaction between the team membersand nursing administration
    • Maintaincomprehensive employee list up to date with all necessaryinformation
    • Keep track on the leave detailsof nursing team and report.
    • Ensure timelycollection and maintenance of the nurses duty roster
    • Ensure appointment order of employees is collected fromHR department and is duly signed by them and returned to personalfile
    • Ensure creation of employee ID and Email ID for newly joined nursing members
    • Keeptrack on BLS training and ensure every teams attendance
    • Coordination of all nurses meeting with CNO and maintainmeeting minutes
    • Arrange the necessarymanpower for medical camps in coordination with AGM Nursing
    • Maintain the inventory of Nursing Office
    • Support in planning departmental activities evaluatingdoctors and other hospital employees and creating and maintainingpolicies

    Quality Assurance
    • To participate and contribute todepartmental quality initiative
    • To carryoutdata collection/support in data collection
    • Toadhere to the safety norms of hospital follow both patient andsafety rules
    • To participate and contribute todepartmental quality initiatives
    • To be awareof departments performance and objective
    • Collection ofthe quality indicator statistics from all departments concerned incoordination with the statistician (QA)

    ManagingPatient Records
    • The administrator must make sure that medical historiescurrent health information and billing insurance and legaldocuments are all being handled appropriately.
    • Keepingall of this information organized and up to date is an essentialrole that a hospital administrator must fill

    Job interactions
    • Works closely with internal stakeholders such as theChief Nursing Officer Nursing Security and Ambulance and HumanResources Department etc in matters related to reportingcoordination transportation and security issues coordination etc
    • Works closely with external stakeholders such asEducational Institutions Healthcare Organizations and CompanyRepresentatives etc in matters related to facility support feedbackcoordination of educational activities

    AdvancedQualification / Certification / Specialist Training Customer Care Professional Certification/Customer Care Supervisor Certification

    Minimum Experience
    • 0 2 years experience in similarrole preferably in a tertiary hospital
