REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years experience within a Sales (B2C) or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
• Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong team player, goal orientated, and ability to transfer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and Presentation skills.
• Effective negotiation, analytical skills, and sales funnel management.
• Experience and knowledge in buying and selling ready and offplan properties.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
