    Description
    • Liaise with Al Futtaim Investmentdepartment and external consultants to ensure accurate projectcost/revenue and market trend information is integrated intoinvestment reporting and managementprocesses
    • Create benchmarking tool for Revenue,OPEX, CAPEX, and Investment Yields
    • Fully ownthe update of feasibility files through Estate Master and carry outad-hoc analysis on Estate Master or bespoke excel models to supportcommercial and business decisionmaking
    • Coordinate input with variousstakeholders to Produce feasibilities for newprojects
    • Challenge input, ensure full audittrail of sources and ensure obtaining internal / external sign offsto assure assumptions are verified and are within market rates andtolerance
    • Ensure compliance with the processesand procedures governance and timely systemupdates
    • Ensure timely input and maintenance ofinformation in the relevant systems
    • Ensure thatfeasibilities are updated in a timely manner responding to keychanges in assumptions
    • Ensure Estate Master isfully used as the single source of truth for projectsfeasibilities
    • Own and manage the process ofyearend valuation and manage the various stakeholders related tothis exercise
    • Produce internal valuations aswell as coordinate external valuations for the nominatedassets
    • Liaise with business owners to obtainsign offs on valuation assumptions and methodologyused
    • Play a leading role in the process ofmasterplan feasibilities, capital budgets, and strategic plansalong with funding requirement, returns analysis, and sensitivityanalysis
    • Support the business with newM&A Real Estate ventures and due diligence mandates throughrigorous financial modelling, preparing feasibility analysis,market research, due diligence.

    Required Skills To BeSuccessful

    • Minimum experience of 10+ years inrelevant investment and real estate feasibility field andindustry
    • Working knowledge of theconstruction/development and real estate industry includinghospitality, commercial, retail, residential isrequired
    • Must have experience using EstateMaster software and building Excel feasibilitymodel
    • Experience of managing real estatevaluations through Argus
