- Reports to theCTO, in charge of technology strategy, roadmap and peoplemanagement.
- Responsible for technologydeveloping for new business and products (incl. concept, roadmap,launch and continuous improvement).
- Manage,upskill and expand the Technology & ITteam.
- Solicit and interact with all the keystakeholders across different business lines to make suretechnology, product and business objectives and implementationsarea aligned.
- Proventrack record in technology leadership role across Internet/ OnlineWeb Service/ Fintech/ Digital Finance Service Provider industries,preferably with software engineering/ product/ data or algorithmbackground.
- Strong understanding and experiencein developing digital products in South East Asiamarket.
- Strategic thinking, good businessacumen, creative and futuristic.
- Excellentleadership and communicationskills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesiancommunication, as you will need to deal with stakeholders andmarkets from SEA countries.
