Description

• Branches Stock Audit as per schedule or surprise stock Audit as per requirement.
• Submitting Stock Variance reports to Audit Manager/Management.
• Ensures compliance with established internal control (Retail Guide Lines) procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
• To contribute to the planning and scheduling of audits to ensure adequate coverage of the retail branches as per the management instructions.
• Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report and escalate any overdue audit recommendations or significant operational issues. e.g. any serious potential fraud concerns which require immediate support from management.
• Checking Branches Daily Cash/ Petty Cash Reimbursement.
• Investigating all staff Issue Related to Performance, Stock Shortage, Manipulation & Legal Cases and Submitting report to Management.
• Evaluating Retail Stock Valuation/Movement /Availably in Warehouse and Branches and Discussing with Management for necessary Actions.
• Checking Retail Stock Issue/Received for Warehouse and Branches and acting if anything Pending in System.
• Checking Damage Stock Report and submitting to Management for necessary Actions.
• Conducting Company Assets Audit During Branch handover or as per Management instruction.
• Conducting investigations, gathering evidence and writing reports.

• Experience 2 to 4 years UAE /Gulf/home country.
• Communication skills in Arabic and English.
• B. Com/Masters/ACCA.

• Strong personal integrity with an ability to make clear independent judgments and reports without fear of influence or persuasion.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationships, both with auditees and Senior Management in the Organization.
• Confident self starter able to manage their time and own workload with the minimum of supervision, but also, an ability to work as a highly effective team player, able to both collaborate and lead on audits, investigations and projects
• Robust, determined, inquisitive nature with a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues
• Ability to cope with, and resolve, conflict.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Good analytical and numeracy skills.
• Demonstrates a cando attitude to deliver results and improvements for the benefit of the Company.
• Effective IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) to facilitate effective communication and reporting
• A willingness to undertake relevant training to support their continual performance development as a Retail Auditor.
