Principal Accountabilities
1- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Drive growth in market share, volume, and revenue while ensuring profitability.
2- Cultivate strong customer relationships for both yourself and your team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to customer retention.
4- Actively monitor the market and engage your sales team to identify and secure new accounts, expanding the company's client base.
6- Recruit and develop a skilled sales team by setting Key Performance indicator (KPIs), monitoring progress, and providing training for career growth.
7- Hold frequent meetings with your sales team to gather valuable market feedback and take corrective actions to address gaps.
9- Take ownership of improving the visibility and shelf space of the company's products in Petroleum Food Marts.
10- Oversee consumer promotions, monitor the performance of product packaging, and review outcomes with customers.
11- Assist your supervisor in resolving payment disputes, managing marketing budgets, and handling credit notes in collaboration with finance and customers to ensure smooth operations.
12- Analyze Profit and Loss (PNL) and sales revenue from individual customers and the entire department to identify trends and opportunities.
14- Develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and align with the company's overarching goals.
15- Maintain accurate records of contracts, marketing activities, pricing details, and other relevant data.
16- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the Code of Business Conduct, ensuring ethical and legal practices are followed.
Knowledge:
1- Understand FMCG / Horeca products and market trends.
2- Familiar with effective selling approaches.
3- Recognize competitor activities.
4- Understand distribution and retail channels.
5- Know consumer buying patterns.
6- Should have a valid UAE DL.
Skills:
1- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
2- Strong verbal and written skills.
3- Proficient in securing deals.
4- Skilled in resolving challenges.
5- Competence in analyzing sales data.
6- Efficient task and deadline management.
7- Ability to train and guide teams.
8- Use customer relationship management tools effectively.
9- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Experience:
1- Experience in developing Business plan, Budgets, etc
2- Led and managed sales teams.
3- Track record of meeting sales targets.
4- Built strong client connections.
3+ years' experience as Manager in handling FMCG/ Hospitality/ Horeca Channel.
Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
