Description
We are hiring for a Production Supervisor (Fragrances/Perfumes) for a manufacturing site based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in fragrance production, with a strong understanding of fragrance oils production processes and quality control.
  • Experience managing a team in a fragrance production setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the fragrance operations team.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fragrancerelated software.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
