Description

• Approvingpurchase orders issued by the department and ensuring that theymeet all conditions.
• Contribute to auditingprocurement contracts and ensuring that basic conditions aremet.
• Studying warehouse orders andreclassifying returned orders from departments to thewarehouse.
• Analyzing the prices of inventoryitems and making comparisons between old and new prices to get thes.
• Completely checking the materials beforeapproving the receipt document to ensure that the receivedmaterials conform to the specifications contained in the purchaseorder.
• Inventory control in terms of storagelimits (maximum limit demand limitminimum).
• Carrying out inventory adjustmententries at the end of each accounting period and extractinginventory turnover rates.
• Contributing to theprocesses of closing monthly and annual accounting periods bysubmitting statements of the cost of commodity supplies for theperiods and the cost of the inventory balance at the end of eachaccounting period.
• Conduct a periodic inventoryof the warehouse to ensure that material balances are correct andmatch the balance in the system.
• Conducting theannual inventory of the prosecutions warehouse and sending thereport to the Accounts Department.
• Preparingpurchase orders for inventory items and following up on theirsupply.
• Preparing reports to the departmenthead about any shortage loss or damage to stores or weakness insafety and prevention procedures.
• Reviewstorage procedures and make recommendations for theirdevelopment.
• Reviewing the data in the PublicProsecution program and ensuring itsaccuracy.

Qualifications

Academic Qualification: Bachelors Degree inAccounting

Practical experience of not less than8 years in the same field for those with a university degree andpractical experience of not less than 10 years for those with ahigh school diploma and in the same jobspecialty.
