Supervise and lead construction workers

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop construction plans
Review Drawing and create work schedules
Allocate and manage resources effectively, including materials and equipment
Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards
Act as a liaison between stakeholders involved in the project
Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities and report progress
Identify and solve problems that arise during the construction process
Monitor and control construction costs within the assigned budget
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members for their development

Salary:
AED1, AED3,000.00 per month
