    Description
    • Minimum 10 years of relevantexperience.
    • Architectural/Civil design orProject Management degree.
    • Minimum 4-5 years ofexperience working in the UAE.
    • Previousexperience with a multi-discipline design consultancy firm or asimilar role with a reputablecontractor.
    • Strong knowledge of resourcesmanagement and procurement strategies.
    • In-depthunderstanding of UAE authorities' requirements andapprovals procedures.
    • General knowledge ofStructural and MEP systems.
    • Specific experiencein master planning for mega projects associated with hospitality,residential, and shoppingmalls.
    • Western-educatedprofessional.

    Immediate ReportingRelationships:

    • Reports to: Managing Director,Project Director, or Senior ProjectManager
    • Line Manager: Project Director orSenior Project Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure proper briefing of projectteam members on project scope, objectives, and basis ofdesign.
    • Act as the principal point of contactwith clients for the delivery of projectservices.
    • Coordinate with clients and/or theirappointed representatives throughout the projectlifecycle.
    • Attend client meetings and technicalmeetings chaired by the client's project managementteam.
    • Set up project administration and financeprocesses in accordance with company management systems andproject-specific requirements.
    • Ensure projectservices are delivered in accordance with projectagreements/contracts, meeting financialobjectives.
    • Attend project coordinationmeetings as required.
    • Prepare project executionplans and project quality plans, monitoring the delivery of projectservices.
    • Develop and revise project teamorganization structures as needed.
    • Appoint andbrief all required subconsultants forprojects.
    • Execute day-to-day management ofprojects.
    • Prepare project progress reports andrevise project schedules.
    • Monitor resources andgenerate resource planning data.
    • Prepare designchanges and manage change management with clients asrequired.
    • Update project risk registers andreview them with the Managing Director, Project Director, or SeniorProject Manager.
    • Perform other duties and tasksas required, assigned, and/or instructed by the Managing Director,Project Director, and/or Senior ProjectManager.
