Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with daily tasks
  • Support general administrative activities
  • Handle the front desk of our Head Office
  • Greet visitors and handle vendors
  • Conduct new employee onboarding
  • Maintain employee files and HR records (physical and digital copies)
  • Coordinate with authorized vendors for visa arrangements and travel tickets
  • Manage inventory of stationary items and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate employee claim reimbursements

Requirements:


  • Any Graduation
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented and able to maintain accurate records

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,200.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
