Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with daily tasks
- Support general administrative activities
- Handle the front desk of our Head Office
- Greet visitors and handle vendors
- Conduct new employee onboarding
- Maintain employee files and HR records (physical and digital copies)
- Coordinate with authorized vendors for visa arrangements and travel tickets
- Manage inventory of stationary items and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate employee claim reimbursements
Requirements:
- Any Graduation
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented and able to maintain accurate records
Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED3,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
