    JobSummary:

    To identify andtranslate highly complex market opportunities into confirmedbusiness with an aim to achieve targeted order intake andcontribute in driving incremental business revenue and profitgrowth.
    Responsibilities:
    • Executebusinessdevelopment activities for high complex market opportunities inorder to contribute in achieving target order intakes targets ofassigned business vertical.
    • Provideanalysisof sectorwide primary and secondary market studies on industrymarket competitor analysis products/services to ascertainopportunities to penetrate into broader customer and product/services segments.
    • Conductresearchand analysis on new business opportunities (technical capabilityanalysis and financial valuation) to recommend theirfeasibility.
    • Implementbusiness development approaches in coordination with PMO FinanceDepartment and Bidding & Proposal Management section forpreproposalpositioning.
    • SupportBidding & Proposal Management section to develop commercialand technical proposals.
    • Leadthe follow up business opportunities in the development pipelineand undertake necessary actions to convert them into confirmedbusiness.
    • Conductnegotiations with customers business partners suppliers and othercounterparts.
    • Addresscustomer queries/ complaints regarding sales and service.
    • Trackbusiness status report reports to project sales against the targetrevenue.
    • Contributein evaluating business opportunities for acquisition of licensingfor technologies research collaboration strategic alliances jointventures distribution agreementsmergers/
    • acquisitions/disinvestments intellectual property rightsetc.
    • Establishand foster networking and relationships with key strategic partners(such as suppliers business partners industry experts stakeholdersetc.) in the target markets and create a platform for businessdeals in relevant marketsegments.
    • Representorganisationin national and international exhibitions trade shows seminarsforums
    • discussionsand debates
    • Processinformation from seminars forums discussions / debates on relevantsubject matters so as to ensure alignment to leading bestpractices.
    • Contributein implementing reviewing monitoring and improving the integratedmanagement system (IMS) in coordination with OrganizationExcellence department as required.
    Qualifications:
    • BAor BS degree in businessrelated or technicalfield.
    • Masterdegree in businessmanagement
    • ProjectManagement certificationpreferred
    • Musthold UAE Familybook
    Experience:
    • UAE/GCCexperience is desired; experience in the greater MENA/Middle Eastisbonus.
    • Strongdecisionmaking ability; selfdirected highlymotivated.
    • 5years experience in business development
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills; ability to buildrelationships at multiple levels to work crossorganizationallytowardsolutions.
    • Professionalinnovative and selfmotivated with ability to manage multipleprojects in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Preferredexperience in the defence industry or relatedsectors
