KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with prospects / clients to understand business requirementsConduct business process analysis and create gap analysis reports based on client requirementsLeverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform knowledge to create solution designs to address client business needsCreate functional requirement and functional design documentsDeploy and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform and associated Microsoft stackEnable smooth data migration from external systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power PlatformConduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testingAbility to develop demonstrations and proof of value to present to C-Suite clientsAssist architects in developing plans and strategies for replacing legacy technology systems, including cloud migration solutions and roadmaps


QUALIFICATION:

At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Systems in Finance domain.

At least 3 years of experience support & administration of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform CRM onlineStrong Analytic & Problem-Solving skillsPassionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issuesExcellent Communication & effective presentation skillsMust be able to work as part of a team
