We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing/Community Manager to join our amazing team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our blockchain-based products or services.

Your expertise in blockchain technology and marketing will be crucial in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:
Interact with community members, answer questions, and facilitate discussions to build a positive and supportive community environment.

Content Creation:
Develop and share relevant and engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and other media.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our blockchain products or services. Align marketing efforts with business goals and target audience to drive brand recognition and achieve marketing objectives.
Define and maintain the brand identity and positioning within the blockchain industry. Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Plan and coordinate blockchain industry events, conferences, webinars, and meetups. Identify speaking opportunities and collaborations to enhance brand presence and establish thought leadership within the blockchain community.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, partners, and media outlets in the blockchain ecosystem. Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify marketing efforts and reach a wider audience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation. Use datadriven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads into customers. Implement marketing automation tools, lead nurturing programs, and effective conversion tactics to drive sales growth.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, website analytics, lead generation metrics, and ROI. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure costeffective marketing operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in blockchain or digital marketing is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the blockchain industry or related technology sector.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex blockchain concepts to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and optimization.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within the blockchain industry.
