Resource Hunting and Recruitment:

consist of job posting, hiring, conducting recruitment exams ( if any), and interviewing to maintain excellent professional relations with the educational institutions and recruitment agencies.

Motivation and Performance Appraisal: conducts performance appraisal of a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and make the records.

Employee Satisfaction and Feedback: The principles of conflict resolution can be used to resolve differences among the employees.

Update and implement regulation and policies, including local labor law and company policies, coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the law and regulation.

Other tasks assigned by HQ or direct reports.
