Description
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its members.

  • Fully accountable for the budget of construction resources allocated for the project.
  • Perform daytoday administration to support to the organisation & Special Projects in ensuring the smooth running
  • HR Administration including but not limited to:
  • Draft employment contracts, salary letters, employment verifications etc.
  • Absence management Assist with staff recruiting processes including interviewing and onboarding, Finance Administration:
  • Enhance and implement policy and procedures
  • Monitoring Process and approving vendor invoices
  • Review, approve and/or return expenses
  • Assist with preparing the annual budget for the offices
  • Assist the finance department with cashflow requirements
  • Supervise and manage support staff teams, including handling coaching and training, conducting midyear and yearend review meetings, approving overtime and vacation requests.
  • Maintain relationships with external service providers and vendors, in particular facilities management providers and building management.
  • Support compliance initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with organising office social events and office meetings.

Salary:
From AED8,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Manager: 4 years (preferred)
- similar: 6 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English, Arabic is an additional benefit (preferred)
