• Directpayroll operations for the Corporation to ensure timely andaccurate check processing and subsequent wage and taxreporting
• Administer ADP under an outsourcedService Model Agreement; identify, research, design, test, andimplement changes/updates as a result of modifications in businessrequirements or regulations; includes monitoring and analyzingchanges in tax, regulatory, and labor law for impact on operations;ensures the integrity of system data; must have an affinity fortaking action to streamline and implement processimprovements
• Calculate earned corporate teamincentive award payments based on the approved plan and maintainsupporting documentation for financial reportingpurposes
