Description

A- Creating EMS contracts and on-hire details in system with accurate data on size, type, acquisition details, contract ty on-hire locations etc.

B- Making sure every change in inventories such as on-hire and off-hire, new acquisitions and selling or writing off, lease or or way moves are recorded.

C- Ensuring equipment IDs and their info such as payload, date of built are updated in the system in equipment ID module

D- To ensure all agencies are providing daily inventory. which is a perfect match with the system. Follow up and relate verification on daily basis.

E- Controlling aging report especially on empty contras in locations with low demand and or high storage cost, also collaborate with Transship desk for T/S pool.

F- Providing repo instruction to agents after collaborating with commercial and capacity management.

G- Ensure efficient flow of equipment and avoid backlog of empties or shortage in high demand locations, while minimize repo cost in collaboration with Ops.

H- Control on Depot contracts and manage the contract details in system. Also ensure empty movements, their cost and de costs are booked by agents.

I- Checking and approving the empty costs such as shifting and Lolo and other depot costs in system and also manual needed.

J. Regular monitoring of over-due laden containers in all locations, especially high risk and long turnaround locations ensure agents follow with clients.

K- Preparing action plan in cooperation with Insurance department for un-claimed cargo and also for auctioned case confiscated cargos and the likes.

L- Resetting movements in EMS if needed by the agents for correction, taking KPI reports from the system and push improvement in lagging agencies.

M- Responsible for master data input and system updating with respect to container types, container details, equipment depot details and contract details.

  • Well versed with excel, report making and store operations
