1- EmiratesRED Retail Stores ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing the ideal retail product mix to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. This is based on establishing methods to gather customer insights, understand external consumer trends, and adopting best practices.
Prepare and manage an annual budget for all costs and revenues related to the stores.
Establishing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive maximum revenue and customer awareness via internal or owned channels, e.g. yammer, ice and publications.
Market and promote the EmiratesRED brand on all channels.

Establish a calendar of promotions, performance monitoring of marketing campaigns, co-ordinate product launches, sales and resolution of customer complaints and prepare periodic reports regarding the store products and services.

Lead and motivate the shops retail team, to achieve maximum performance, innovation and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)Marketing & Media Communication

Other :
3+ YearsThe candidate should have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Any other languages would be an advantage.
