- Provides HR services to GMG employees and serves as a point of contact for HR renewal and tasks
- Facilitates employee requests on an on-going basis.
- Prepares new visas / visa renewals / visa cancellation applications and sends to Group Government Relations Department for timely processing of the same
- Reviews guidelines and agreement, for filing of all related documents to staff file on proper schedule
- Responds to employee enquiries in a timely manner to deliver a high standard of internal customer service
- Maintains and updates employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations and new hires, in line with the defined filing and archiving guidelines
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
- Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
