    Description

    Our client a leadingsemigovernment hospital is currently looking for Staff Nursesspecialized in Pediatric patients to be based in Dubai. In thisrole your responsibilities would include but not limitedto:

    • Provide ageappropriatecare to children admitted in pediatricICU/CICU
    • Monitoring patient vitalssuch as blood pressure heart rate respiration rate temperature andweight on a frequent basis to ensure they are within normallimits
    • Monitoring the child sprogress and communicating with other health care professionalsregarding treatment plans and patientprogress
    • Performing physicalexaminations on patients including listening to lungs with astethoscope and checking pulses in arms andlegs
    • Preparing infants for feedingby suctioning out their noses and mouths with a bulbsyringe
    • Monitoring the infant sfeeding schedule administering feeding through a tube that has beeninserted into the stomach through the navel and changing diapers asneeded
    • Recording information aboutpatient symptoms reactions to medications and progress duringnursing assessments
    • Observing anddocumenting patient behavior including interactions with familymembers visitors and staffmembers
    • Providing emotional supportto patients and their families during difficult times such as deathor seriousillness

    Requirements

    Tobe considered for this role you must meet the followingrequirements:

    • Experience in clinicalwork as a pediatric nurse.
    • Goodcommunicationskills.
    • Empathyand the ability to relate tochildren.
    • A bachelor s degree innursing is required.
    • Preferablysomeone with DHA license/eligibility.
    • Minimum 2years of experience in handling PEDIATRICS ICUCICU.
    • Willing to work 48 hours perweek.
    • Willing to be based in DubaiUAE.
