Job Summary

Responsibilities:


People Analytics

  • Drive datainformed decisionmaking within the HR function by identifying and formulating hypotheses or problem statements to be tested through data analytics.
  • Define the HR Analytics roadmap to advance practices along the maturity curve (reporting, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive).
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to uncover insights, trends and solutions that tell a story, tailored for each audience, and which informs strategic HR initiatives.
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive HR data lake, overseeing the collection, integration, and organization of diverse HR datasets with robust data governance.
  • Design, architect, and implement HR dashboards by leveraging appropriate tools and enable selfservice dashboards for routine queries.

Employee experience

  • Create and execute a comprehensive multiyear employee experience strategy to improve the employee and manager daytoday experience when interacting with HR solutions and services.
  • Create experience maps that illustrate multiple user journeys across lifecycle HR: hire to retire using highlights and painpoints across the journey to map out "moments that matter "and identify opportunities and recommendations to improve the experience.
  • Collaborate effectively across the matrix, liaising with various departments (including HR, IT, compliance, legal etc.) to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to redesigning key employee journeys that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct iterative testing and robust evaluation to validate design concepts, gather feedback and refine solutions ensuring that the redesigned journeys meet both employee and business goals and illustrate ROI.

Project Management

  • Develop and implement program management approaches to scope, track, manage and optimize the mix of projects, initiatives and communications created and delivered by HR.
  • Identify potential risks associated with HR projects and develop mitigation strategies, collaborating closely with stakeholders like IT, legal and compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR teams, leadership and communication teams to facilitate adoption of new employee experience and analytics initiatives, through targeted communication strategies and training resources as needed.
  • Streamline HR processes through effective project management, identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency gains to enhance overall HR operations.
  • Facilitate effective HR governance by devising appropriate meeting agendas, meeting cadence and overall communication structure to support efficiency and effectiveness within the HR team.

Role Requirements

  • Proven track record leveraging advanced analytical methodologies and tools (in an HR environment).
  • Proven track record leading complex project portfolios in dynamic environments.
  • Experienced at leading design thinking workshops to brainstorm and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and deploy user testing techniques (e.g. card sorting, customer journeymapping, usability testing).
  • Passion for learning about new and emerging approaches to HR, embracing external perspectives to bring "outsidein" thinking to discussions and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to "influence beyond authority", deal with sensitive issues, coach, advise and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to achieve outcomes together.

Highly desirable

  • Degree in Applied Mathematics or Statistics or related field.
  • Degree in HR / CIPD or Behavioral sciences.
  • Knowledge of Python (or R).
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or French
