Mark Williams is recruiting for a Junior Trader to join a rapidly growing Financial Services firm at the forefront of cutting-edge investment strategies.


Role:

  • Assist the team in high frequency trading operations on a daily basis
  • Work towards building quantbased trading models with the Trading Team
  • Perform fundamental, technical and quantbased analysis on markets and stocks
  • Develop, with the Trading team, algorithmbased trading strategies by going through the full lifecycle of creating and operating algos
  • Perform indepth analysis and research on topics surrounding market structure, functioning and mechanics
  • Handle basic relationships with external parties such as brokerage firms, vendors, etc

Requirements:


  • UAE (Marsoom or Family Book Holder)
  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance (or other areas of Business) or Computer Science
  • Completion or partial completion of CFA would be a plus
  • Previous internships/work experience in financial markets
  • Programming knowledge is a plus (Scala, Java, Python)
  • Unmatched organization and quantitative/mathematic skills
