Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide support to the sales team and assist with the daily activities of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

1 Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and other documents.

2 Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments and setting up meetings.

3 Respond to customer inquiries and provide them with product information and pricing.

4 Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

5 Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

6 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels.

7 Process orders received from customers and ensure timely delivery.

8 Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.


Skills and Qualifications:
1 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6 Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
