A leading provider of corporate services, operating in multiple jurisdictions and serving corporations, fund managers, financial institutions and private clients are looking for a senior compliance manager for its United Arab Emirates and Qatar offices.

The senior compliance manager will have responsibility for all AML / CFT, compliance, risk, and governance matters in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

The compliance manager will be responsible for supporting all offices to meet the group's expectations and regulatory standards.

As well as leading local specifics required under the compliance regulations and driven by local business needs, the compliance manager will be required to provide advice and guidance to Directors and staff of the business to ensure that policies and procedures are thoroughly understood and followed.

Your responsibilities will cover promoting and enhancing the compliance, risk and governance corporate culture, maintain the relationship with the suppliers of compliance / MLRO services.

Advise the Boards and management on AML / CFT, compliance and risk management issues.

Escalating any specific items that require special attention to the Managing Director, Governance Leader and / or Group Chief Compliance Officer.
