Our client, a dynamic government entity in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for Human Resources Business Partners to join their growing team.

The BPs will be responsible for driving and implementing the HR strategy with its various functions, policies and services for the business' sectors, through building relationship and enhancing communication with various related parties internally and externally.

Please note that this is an Emiratisation position, and only Emiratis with a Family Book will be contacted.


The role:

  • Drive and implement the HR Strategy covering talent acquisition, talent development and talent services
  • Develop and finalize the HR Budget
  • Prepare and discuss the Sector(s)' special projects and initiatives related to HR and people management
  • Ensure that the HR Governance Framework is adhered to the Sectors', with clear delegation of authority within divisions
  • Implement the sectors' operating model and all its elements (mandates, positions, job descriptions, job evaluations, competency frameworks, KPIs and functional performance) and salary surveys
  • Implement the sectors' manpower planning, support sourcing, participate in interviews, provide onboarding support for new hires, and, manage special contract, secondnment and outsourcing
  • Identify and design solutions for Sectors' in relation to learning & development, including TNA and competency assessments
  • Support the sectors' implementation of the performance management cycle including performance evaluation, calibration of performance scores, employees' promotions and performance improvements for underperformers.
  • Provide guidance in the analysis of the HR's KPIs for the Sectors'
  • Support in developing and implementing talent development and Leadership Programs for the Sectors, in coordination with the relevant HR sections
  • Understand and discuss operational Human Capital issues facing the Sectors and recommend ways to bridge any identified gaps

Requirements:


  • UAE National with a Family Book / Marsoom
  • 68 years experience in generalist/HRBP position
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • Master's degree is preferrable
  • Must be very agile, able to deal with a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
