Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Operational Management:
Oversee the overall operations of the warehouse and manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement and optimize processes to meet production targets and quality standards.


Jebel Ali Free Zone Compliance:
Possess in-depth knowledge of Jebel Ali Free Zone regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to all compliance requirements within the free zone, including customs regulations, licensing, and reporting.


Import/Export Documentation:
Manage and coordinate import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all necessary documentation for international shipments.


Logistics and Inventory Management:
Oversee logistics and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movement and minimize losses.


Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the warehouse and manufacturing team to achieve operational goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.


Basic Accounting:
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of accounting principles to support financial processes.
Collaborate with the finance team for accurate record keeping and reporting.
