    • Own the sourcing life cycle;collaboratively managing crucial stages associated with therecruitment of new staff; with specific focus on key stages ofeducation hiring.
    • Partner closely andeffectively with hiring teams and colleagues to fully understandstaffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcingstrategy.
    • Source, screen and deliver highlyqualified candidates using multiple tools and techniques for rolesacross the Schools and Head Office.
    • Accuratepreparation and swift delivery of all contractoffers.
    • Regular contact with candidates toensure seamless communication through the sourcing and offer toacceptance cycle.
    • Build talent pipelines andmaintain a network of prospects through proactive market researchand ongoing relationship management and sourcingcampaigns.
    • Develop and deliver best practice,in coordination with cross-functional partners (HR onboarding andoperations)
    • Provide advice on the design andimplementation of efficient and effective recruitment and selectionprocesses and the associated monitoring and evaluationthereof.
    • Ensure that personnel records aremaintained to the highest standards and can meet auditneeds.
    • Coordinate job fairs, conferences, andother opportunities to connect with audiences interested in theeducation space.
    • Guide hiring managers anddecision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring andemployment data.
    • Ensure thorough candidatemanagement using an applicant tracking system to track applicantsfrom the selection phase through to on-boarding.

    RequiredQualifications And Experience

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalentexperience in a relevant field.
    • 1+ years ofrecruitment experience is essential
    • Experienceof volume and/ or Education recruitment ispreferred.
