    The Role

    Weare looking for a WordPress Developer to join the team that bringsour ideas to light. If you are a strong developer who is excitedabout using your skills to solve problems that will change howglobal interior design operates then please apply for this role

    You will need:

    • Design and build the front end forWordPress websites.
    • Design website layouts andadd contents often using languages like HTML and CSS.
    • Design and implement new features andfunctionality.
    • Control how the site works andencompasses the changes and updates.
    • Work ontheme / plugin code to add features and functionality.
    • Work on Caching & Security.
    • MySQL knowledge and working with largedatasets.
    • Build Laravel API / Jobs to interactwith wordpress and internal systems.
    • Ensuringhighperformance and availability and managing all technical aspectsof the CMS.
    • Ensuring SEO ranking.
    • Monitor WordPress applications to make surethey are online working correctly and loading quickly.
    • Respond to error codes and troubleshootproblems.

    You arean ideal candidate if you

    • Good ability toDesign & Build solutions.
    • Goodunderstanding of frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3JavaScript JQuery.
    • Comfortable working withdebugging tools like Firebug Chrome inspector etc.
    • Ability to convert comprehensive layout andwireframes into HTML pages.
    • Knowledge of howto interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSONXML)
    • Ability to understand CSS changes and theirramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms andbrowsers.
    • Proficient understanding of codeversioning tools ( Such as Git SVN and Mercurial)
    • Strong understanding of PHP backenddevelopment.
    • Strong understanding of WordPressModel & Plugin Development.
    • Strongunderstanding of Laravel backend development.
