We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic fintech company located in Dubai.

As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and employees, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our company's front desk operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to appropriate individuals or departments while maintaining a professional phone manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, utilizing digital tools and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk area, ensuring it reflects the company's brand and values.
  • Collaborate with office management to manage office supplies, order new supplies when necessary, and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, clients, and partners. Assist in planning and executing company events, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics Performing adhoc administrative duties.
  • Prepare LPO, Invoice and vouchers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors, employees, and stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior atleast 2 year experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous phone manner.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as multiline phones, printers, and scanners.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Preferred Nationality : Philippines
  • Preference to freshers in UAE.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
