    Description

    Job Purpose:

    To contribute to the success of the team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Department and AGMC to achieve high level of accounting and finance operation in accordance to the professional accounting standards to meet the business objectives of the organization.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Preparing collecting and maintaining cash and cheques from customers.
    • Closing Job Cars
    • Arranging Bank Deposits.
    • Ad Hoc reports, statements, and assignments as and when necessary.
    • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.
    • Maintain customer and partners goodwill and long time loyalty through professional service to exceed their expectation.
    • Support overall objectives of the department.
    • Encourage & maintain a high level of team sprit within the department.
    • Should be team orientated, working as a team member assisting and supporting their colleagues and other departments in achieving a shared vision.
    • Seeks, appreciates, assists, and participates significantly in unit specific projects or cross Departmental ones.
    • Attend, participate and contribute at team meetings.
    • Fosters a quality focus on others.
    • Manage personal time schedule and productivity.
    • Maintain the highest levels of personal integrity, personal development, quality standards and business ethics.

    Candidate Specifications:

    • Degree or Diploma
    • 3 to 5 years' experience working in similar role
    • Good attention to detail
