Job summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at AW Rostamani Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring parts orders are reviewed and placed timely in line with calendar schedules & Order value forecast to achieve Principal Purchase Targets.In this role, you will also monitor incoming shipments & coordinate with Freight forwarder, AAC custom clearance, Finance & Warehouse teams for receipting shipments & maintain optimum inventory level in line with planned Months of Stock / Stock Turn.
You will also be responsible for Strategic Sourcing to ensure parts competitiveness as well as Projects & Strategic Implementation: Continue digital transformation drive in Parts Planning & procurement and regularly review Syncron parameters and forecasting to maximize the utilization Syncron inventory optimization software.
- Data Analysis and review of Syncron alerts - Risk of run out Outliers fill order bookings Lead times Parts demand exceed the forecast Critical stock list Power BI dashboards etc.
