    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Business Development Manager position isexpected to grow and retain HB Fullers market share and customerbase in Construction Industry focused in Flooring Building envelopeadhesive & sealant market segments in GCC while achievingprofit sales targets. The BDM is expected to:

    • Ability to train & mentor entry / new salesroles;
    • Ability to teach customers onindustry trends and is sought after by customers; may be viewed asan expert in certain areas;
    • Positivefeedback frequently received by customers on level of serviceexcellence; and
    • Accountable for deliveringresults

    Develops and owns a strategic plan for ownaccounts and drives the execution of the plan through expertcommunication coordination of activities and influence of indirectresources;

    • Develops sales funnelfor future growth opportunities;
    • One voiceto the customer;
    • Drives and delivers HBFscommercial goals optimizing share price and profitability;
    • Anticipates and meets the needs of thecustomer;

    Develops strategy andplan for short and long term to defend and grow the accountoptimize profitability and manage risk
