    Description
    • You will be jointly responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
    • You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests assigned to your area of the restaurant, presenting the menu, recommending and upselling menu items through you passion and knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
    • You will also be in charge of setting up and preparing the outlet for service as well as packing it down with care after service has concluded whilst supporting the captains and other team members by ensuring there is always sufficient equipment polished and ready to go for service, food and beverages are run to tables in a timely fashion and tables are always set at a perfect standard.
    • Serving others is your passion, you will ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to.

    • You are aware of revenue targets and assist in ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
    • By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
    • During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet and high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.

    • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
    • You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
