Description
Coordinate and schedule work on the production floor to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively

  • Train and manage production staff, including setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback and support
  • Monitor and track production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed
  • Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that production schedules are aligned with company goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required

3+ years of experience in production management

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and production management systems

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks as required in a production environment
