    Description

    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of such a role is implementing all relevant procedures related to human resources, including attracting potential candidates to work for the organization, receiving and screening CVs, communicating with external institutions to recruit the required talents, conducting all activities related to candidate communication following the approved procedures, and monitoring the procedures and processes for the appointment of new employees, and working on updating human resources data in the systems periodically.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receiving and managing incoming requests or phone calls to the department and informing the direct supervisor of their contents.
    • Developing and implementing a filing system for documents, administrative decisions, and all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
    • Coordinating interview schedules with the relevant management and notifying candidates of the agreed-upon date and location of the interview.
    • Updating the contact database for all parties the direct supervisor interacts with and organizing it according to business requirements.
    • Responding to inquiries from employees regarding recruitment and employment procedures and policies.
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external departmental meeting schedules, reviewing meeting documents, and ensuring the accuracy of their information.
    • Coordinating and communicating with approved candidates for vacant positions to provide and authenticate the required documents and certifications in accordance with the conditions and provisions specified in the Human Resources Law and the implementing regulations.
    • Drafting appointment letters, job offers, and benefits packages and obtaining approval from the authorized entity within the organization.
    • Communicating with candidates to inform them about job offers after approval from the relevant personnel in the organization.
    • Coordinating to conduct technical and behavioural assessment tests as per job requirements in collaboration with partners
    • Advertising vacancies through available channels within the organization, adhering to the specified conditions and guidelines.
    • Receiving and screening resumes of candidates and preparing an initial shortlist to be submitted to the relevant department personnel.
    • Conducting annual recruitment activities and participating in career fairs for attracting qualified human resources.
    • Establishing communication with external institutions, such as universities and recruitment agencies, for attracting competent professionals and determining their available talent pool.
    • Updating the data related to human resources procedures in the internal systems of TDRA periodically and in accordance with work requirements.
    • Perform any tasks assigned by the line manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field.
    • Familiarity with all policies, procedures, and systems related to the field of work.
    • Ability to analyze data, extract statistics, and present results.
    • Proficiency in preparing analytical statistics.
    • Skills in preparing work guides, data documentation, and development plans.
    • Organizational and daily work planning skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficulties and problems.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in computer applications.
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
