MEP Field Sales Executive


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate project estimations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide postsales support to ensure client satisfaction and longterm relationships.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
  • Proven sales experience in the MEP industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driver's license.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi
