AHOY is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical recruiter) to support the growth of our tech team, roles from backend engineers and frontend developers to AI, Machine Learning, IoT, GIS, iOS and android developers.

You will work closely with the tech team to manage their priorities and drive our recruitment process to find the right talent.


What will you do?

  • Source, engage, and screen passive (and active) talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
  • Work on the ATS to facilitate the search process
  • Create recruitment reports and dashboards to provide regular updates

Requirements:


What Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ Years of tech recruitment experience, either inhouse or in an agency.
  • Software Engineering Experience / Certification
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Experience in using Linkedin Recruiter for sourcing
  • Proactive with the ability to take ownership and prioritize tasks
  • Consistent track record of bulk hiring including sourcing, recruiting, and closing technical roles
